1,950 –
This year Andreu Cañellas Vives, begins producing gravel and sand in the Vendrell stream to supply builders and tile factories.
1.958 - 1.959
The exploitation called "La Arenera" begins, in the Juncosa de Montmell, in the form of a lease of the land, where the masons used to go to extract sand .
1,964 –
A company dedicated to the purchase, sale and supply of construction materials called Trimac is created, Andreu Cañellas contributes, among other things, the exploitation of "La Arenera".
1969 –
In October the Trimac company is dissolved and Andreu Cañellas is left alone again in the operation of the Trimac quarry and leaves the construction materials , creating the company "Cantera Juncosa de Andreu Cañellas".
1971 -
Cristaleria Española, S.A. is contacted. that sets up a factory in Arboç del Penedès and searches for dolomitic aggregates for the manufacture of glass. Tests were carried out for 2 years and supplies began in 1973.
1981 -
In October, the company Dolomias Juncosa, S.A. is created. formed by Andreu Cañellas, his wife Maria Juncosa and their children Montserrat and Amadeu. This company supplies, apart from aggregates for construction, dolomitic aggregates for different industrial sectors, such as glass manufacturing, fiberglass, fertilizers and the ceramics sector.
